Helping Hands Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Airbnb and Vacation Rental Cleaning

  • Move-In Cleaning

  • Move-Out Cleaning

Our team works with homeowners, property managers, landlords, businesses, and vacation rental hosts to maintain clean, organized, and hygienic spaces.


4. Service Area

Helping Hands Cleaning provides services in Daly City and surrounding Bay Area communities.

We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our normal coverage area or apply additional travel fees when necessary.


5. Booking and Scheduling

5.1 Scheduling Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through:

  • Phone

  • Email

  • Online contact forms

Service availability depends on scheduling capacity.

While we do our best to arrive within the scheduled window, exact arrival times cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, previous appointments, or unforeseen circumstances.


5.2 Access to Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has safe and clear access to the property, including:

  • Entry access

  • Parking availability

  • Secure pets

  • Clear working areas

If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a service fee may apply.


6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Estimates

Quotes provided over the phone, online, or via email are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Condition of the space

  • Additional services requested

  • Time required to complete the job


6.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We may accept:

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Helping Hands Cleaning does not provide the following services unless explicitly agreed upon:

  • Hazardous material cleanup

  • Biohazard or trauma cleanup

  • Mold remediation

  • Pest control services

  • Industrial cleaning involving toxic chemicals

If hazardous conditions are discovered, we reserve the right to decline service.


10. Liability and Property Damage

Helping Hands Cleaning takes reasonable care to protect your property during service.

However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or surfaces

  • Damage caused by faulty installations or structural issues

  • Items that were not secured or properly installed

  • Normal wear and tear on surfaces

Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.


11. Valuables and Personal Items

Customers are responsible for securing valuables such as:

  • Jewelry

  • Cash

  • Important documents

  • Fragile collectibles

Helping Hands Cleaning is not responsible for loss or damage to valuables not disclosed prior to service.


12. Environmental Responsibility

13. Intellectual Property
